Growing Our Team: Welcoming Amanda Tovar, Chief Operations Officer

KKB is pleased to announce that Amanda Tovar has joined the Firm as Chief Operations Officer. With more than 10 years of experience in human resources and over 15 years of experience in administration management and finance and accounting, Amanda’s expertise is in the areas of human resources, finance and accounting, and operations. She has significant experience in employee retention, team building, and company culture and has dedicated her career to assisting companies reach their fullest potential.

By serving as a partner in leading strategy in the areas of change management, company culture, and organizational development, Amanda is a proven strategic leader with the ability to take organizations through the next phase in their growth. In her role as COO of KKB, Amanda will oversee all aspects of the Firm’s operations and will work closely with KKB’s Partners to implement strategies to continue driving growth and expanding the Firm’s reach.

A proud alumnus of California State University, Northridge, Amanda graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. Amanda resides in the Greater Los Angeles area, and she enjoys attending concerts and spending time with her family and her dog Oliver.
